When you submit an item inquiry please specify:
-Your name
-Your email (PayPal email is preferred)
-Your country
-Item Details (Include as many details as possible, such as, item brand, store, links to item on website, auction site, or shop site, etc.)
Availability
I will reply to all inquiries within 24 hours to inform you of the item(s) availability and price quote (if possible).
My shopping service extends throughout Tokyo (for example, major stations include Harajuku, Shinjuku, Ueno, Ebisu, etc.) as well as Yokohama. Train fees apply (please see Pricing).
I also can purchase items online from auction sites (such as, Yahoo! Japan Auctions, Rakuten, etc.) or any shop sites you wish to order from that only offer domestic shipping.
Pricing
I charge a 15% commission fee for all orders (in-store and online), excluding shipping cost. The train fee within central Tokyo is a flat $5.00 fee (500 yen). If you want an item from a surrounding area, such as Yokohama, please inquire about the train fee.
For example:Item Cost: $100.00 (10,000 yen)
Shipping Cost: $20.00 (2,000 yen)
Comission Fee (15% of Item Cost): $15.00 (1,500 yen)
Train Fee: $5.00 (500 yen)

*PayPal Fee: The PayPal fee for international transactions is 4%. The buyer is responsible for this fee.
Policy
- Returns: Returns can not be accepted since I am a shopping service, but I am not a retailer. Please carefully check your order before confirming.
- Shipping: Shipping time varies depending on where you are located. All items will be shipped from my home in Japan. If your items are ordered from an online shop in Japan, shipping within Japan typically takes 2-3 days. International shipping time varies depending on the shipping option you choose and can range from 2-6 weeks.
- Payment: After you have confirmed your order and received the payment invoice via PayPal, please pay within 3 days.
- Return Customer: I require payment to be made prior to purchasing any of your items; however, if you are a return customer (2-3+ successful transactions), I will be willing to immediately purchase your items upon your order confirmation and prior to your payment. This is at my own discretion.
